Job description

An F&B Internship in Dubai provides hospitality students and fresh graduates with practical exposure to restaurant operations, food service procedures and guest relations. Candidates can gain experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés and other hospitality establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily restaurant operations.

• Welcome guests and support seating arrangements.

• Learn food and beverage service techniques.

• Help with table setup and restaurant presentation.

• Support breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

• Understand menu presentation and order-taking procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Monthly Stipend: AED 1,000–2,500 (indicative).
